OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Returns will be accepted for unworn/unwashed goods within 30 days of receiving the item and can be exchanged or refunded.
To return an item, please email info@hollyandgate.com using the subject "Return of #(your order number)" and state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Delivery costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you return an item using a recorded delivery service as lost parcels will not be credited. Refunds will be processed on receipt of good returned.

Ordering

– It is important when placing an order all information which is given is completed and accurate.

– All orders are subject to availability. If there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods which have been ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.

– All prices and products shown on the Holly & Gate website are correct at the time of entering the information. However, Holly & Gate reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax.

– No contract will start until Holly & Gate confirms and accepts your order via email. The receipt of this email will confirm the acceptance of your order, it is here that the contract commences.

– This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will list the products details, such as products ordered, cost (including VAT), P&P, quantity and payment method.

– It is important to check all the details on this confirmation email are correct. If there are any problems or any incorrect details please contact Holly & Gate as soon as possible.

– If there have been any problems with the order or the acceptance of the order, you will be contacted with the reasons why.


Cancellation of Orders


It is possible to cancel your order at any time prior to us despatching it. It is important that you contact Holly & Gate as soon as possible in order to cancel the order. If the order has been sent you will need to send it back to Holly & Gate on the return of the product(s) you will be refunded by whatever method of payment was used to purchase the product.
